Development Assignment Program (DAP)
This program offers highly motivated individuals a chance to expand their skill set and advance their careers through a two-year assignment at one of our international locations. Participants selected for DAP undergo rotations across various roles, enhancing their understanding of our business, establishing valuable connections, gaining exposure to senior leaders worldwide, acquiring new skills, immersing themselves in different cultures, and sharing their expertise with local teams. The program combines on-the-job experiences with classroom training, with participants also receiving mentorship and enrolling in formal training classes.
Foundations of SGI Management
Specifically designed for new or recently promoted managers, this cohort-based program equips them with the necessary tools to effectively lead a diverse and global workforce. The curriculum incorporates different learning styles, including self-guided study, classroom instruction, and e-learning, ensuring practical application in the workplace. Throughout the program, the participant's manager is involved, ensuring alignment between the firm's expectations and the manager's day-to-day responsibilities.
Leadership Education And Development
This comprehensive two-year program entails a nine-week intensive course aimed at assisting participants in charting their leadership journey, deepening their financial acumen, and contributing to SGI's strategic objectives. Leadership Bridge
Geared towards experienced managers who have limited or no formal management training, this six-month program helps participants develop the necessary skills to leverage their teams effectively. It focuses on managing interpersonal differences, guiding and coaching subordinates, and effectively navigating performance conversations. Similar to our foundations program, the Leadership Bridge ensures participants are equipped to harness their team's full potential.
